Short Bio
Kirstin is an Associate Instructional Professor teaching in the Physical Education and Activity Program. She is interested in fitness, nutrition, obesity, body image issues, yoga and the benefits of meditation. She is the mom of three wonderful kids (Brek-25, Kacy-20, and Ryka-15) and the stepmom to two wonderful sons (Matt-43 and Kevin-40) she loves teaching and she loves being a mom. When not teaching she is usually cheering her kids at a soccer game or working in her garden at home with her menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens, and goats.
