Short Bio
Dr. Robert Muller received his Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989. Dr. Muller was a member of the 7th cycle of the Cooperative Superintendency Program at the University of Texas. This program was structured as a colloborative effort between the Texas Education Agency, University of Texas, the Texas Association of School Administrators, and the Texas Association of School Boards for the preparation of school superintendents. Upon graduating from the program Dr. Muller spent the next 24 years serving as a practicing school administrator in the state of Texas. He held positions that included serving as the Chief of Staff of the Texas Education Agency to serving as school superintendent in both a large school district of 45,000 students and a small school district of 1,200 students. Dr. Muller currently serves on the Board of the Military Child Education Coalition. He has made numerous keynote addresses, co-chaired doctoral committees and served as a member on several other doctoral committees. His academic interests include educating military connected students and school finance.
