Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Rhonda Fowler received her Ph.D. in Education Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. She joined the Department of Educational Administration and Human Resource Development in 2015, where she serves as a Clinical Associate Professor, EAHR Undergraduate Leader, and Internship Coordinator. She teaches undergraduate courses in Human Resource Development such as foundations of HRD, legal & ethical environment in HRD, capstone seminar, and professional internship course.

Her areas of interest and expertise include career development in HRD, creating an inclusive learning environment for first-generation and students of color, particularly African American and Hispanic students, mentoring for staff and underrepresented minority students, and increasing access to education for all students. She has created a formal mentoring program for School of Education and Human Development staff and is also working on programming for HRD first-year, transfer, and students of color.
